Our Geriatric Care Managers - All of our Geriatric Care Managers are highly trained professionals including advanced degreed registered nurses, social workers, therapists, psychologists and gerontologists. Each Geriatric Care Manager focuses on enhancing the quality of life of the patient and caregiver and is specifically trained to work with their various wishes, lifestyles, religious beliefs and preferences. Our Geriatric Care Managers are highly respected for their ability to resolve even the most challenging of circumstances.
